Westwood Physiotherapy and Wellness is looking to hire a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals!
Westwood Physiotherapy and Wellness located at willow road Guelph, Ontario, offers exceptional care to our patients including physiotherapy, massage therapy, custom bracing, and custom orthotics.
We are looking for someone with:
- A friendly personality with a positive, motivated attitude and have a desire to help others
- Who can have effective and efficient conversations
- Experience in face to face customer service settings
- A passion for social media
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, time and task management skills
Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns.
- Managing communication channels between clients and therapists (on-line and phone booking and scheduling)
- Followup with insurance companies, Completing direct billing and payment collection
- Maintaining community connections and networks including local businesses, doctors, and other referral sources
- Perform Administrative assistant and other clerical tasks as assigned
- Exercise client confidentiality at all times.
- Assisting with maintaining the facility (ie. facility clean-up and laundry as needed)
Preferred to Have
- Previous education or work in a health care environment
- Experience with Customer service, marketing or sales
- knowledge of major social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Strong knowledge of MAC, Google and Microsoft Office programs
Position Details:
- Full Time
- Evenings and weekend (Saturday) required
