Sandeep Marahar

Registered Physiotherapist

C/NDT, COMT, GLA:D Certified, BPT

Sandeep Marahar is a highly skilled and dedicated physiotherapist with extensive experience in treating both neurological and orthopaedic conditions. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from India in 2004. Sandeep has pursued a wide range of advanced certifications to enhance her clinical expertise.
She is a certified NDT (Neuro-Developmental Treatment) therapist, Certified in Vestibular and oculomotor rehabilitation.
Sandeep is also Certified in orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT)Mulligan Concept.
Additionally accomplished several trainings including FMT Kinesiology Advanced Taping, FMT Advanced Cupping and Flossing, FMT Advanced IASTM, FMT Mobility Specialist, FMT Advanced Movement Specialist.
Sandeep is also a certified clinician to deliver GLA:D™ Canada program(Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark).
Throughout her career, Sandeep has been committed to employing a variety of treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of her patients. Her holistic approach integrates advanced therapeutic techniques to ensure optimal outcomes and improved quality of life for her clients.
Outside of the clinic duties as a physiotherapist, she enjoys painting, long walks and spending time with her family.

Purnima Monga

Registered Physiotherapist

Purnima Monga is a proficient and experienced physiotherapist who graduated with Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from India in 2012. She pursued her special interest in Neurological Rehab by completing Post Graduate Diploma in Neurological Rehabilitation (PGDNR) in 2014 and post-graduation with Master of Physiotherapy (Neurology) from India in 2017.

Purnima is an avid learner who continues to expand her knowledge and skill set to the benefit of her patients by staying up to date with the latest evidence-based treatment through continuing education. She is a certified therapist for  

  • Neuro-Developmental Treatment for Adults with Stroke and ABI (NDTA)
  • Vestibular and Oculomotor Rehabilitation
  • GLA:D™ Canada program (Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark)
  • FMT Kinesiology Advanced Taping

She has worked in diverse clinical settings and has gained extensive experience rehabilitating complex neurological, vestibular, pediatric, and orthopedic conditions. She truly loves her work and believes in evidence-based clinical practice with a refined approach to recovery. She is empathetic, purpose-driven and strives to provide the highest quality of care to her patients.

She is a zealous reader and fondly indulges in poetry writing in her free time. Her works of poetry and fiction have been published in a few International Anthologies.

Leena Elizabeth Kuriakose

Registered Physiotherapist

Leena has amassed over 12 years of extensive clinical experience in the field of physiotherapy, specializing in Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiology, Neurology, Sports medicine, Pain management, and Rehabilitation. Her journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Kerala University of Health Science in 2012. Building upon this foundation, Leena pursued advanced studies, including postgraduate training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) for the lumbar spine from the McKenzie Institute of Canada. She has also completed courses in sports taping and strapping, further augmenting her expertise in specialized treatment approaches.
Throughout her career, Leena has held diverse roles, including serving as a team physiotherapist for sports events, practicing in private clinics, engaging in community outreach through rural camps, and providing care in long-term care centers as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Central to her practice philosophy is a commitment to empowering her patients. She achieves this through evidence-based treatments, education on preventive techniques, and a hands-on approach tailored to individual patient needs. Leena emphasizes the importance of personalized exercise programs, which she believes play a critical role in fostering successful outcomes in her patients’ recovery journeys.
Outside of her professional commitments, Leena cherishes her time with family and actively pursues outdoor activities such as traveling, trekking, and kayaking. Her passion for culinary arts is evident in her enjoyment of cooking, and she finds creative expression through her interest in photography. These hobbies reflect her adventurous spirit and contribute to her well-rounded personality, enriched by a blend of professional expertise and personal experiences.

Sushma Kulkarni

Registered Physiotherapist

Sushma is an ambitious and passionate Registered Physiotherapist and certified level 1 pelvic floor therapist who takes a holistic approach to wellness. Her focus is to learn and apply new techniques and tools to provide the highest-quality care for her patients. Sushma’s clinical interests reside in providing care to patients with neurological, orthopedic conditions and pelvic health.

Sushma is keen to engage and work with pediatrics having neuro development delays. Sushma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from RGUHS University, Karnataka.

When she is not working she enjoys cooking, sketching, and going out with her family.

Manikandan Narayanan

Registered Physiotherapist

Mani is an enthusiastic and experienced therapist with extensive experience in
neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy close to 20 years. He draws on a broad skill set
including joint mobilization, soft tissue release, taping, and exercise prescription for a holistic and comprehensive treatment program for his patients from all age groups.

He was a former associate dean and senior lecturer in a higher learning institution in Malaysia. Mani has a master’s in advanced healthcare from Liverpool John Moore’s University and Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy along with a certificate in McKenzie approach.

He is a Manual therapist who strongly believes in combining practice-based evidence, evidence-based approach, and contemporary practices in delivering the best possible treatment for his patients.

Mani strives to empower patients to take a leading role in their healthcare.

Lekha Nair

Registered Massage Therapist

Lekha Nair is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2015.

She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario.
Her specialties include Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
She has successfully completed the Cupping Course from Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy and also has a certificate in Thai Stem Massage from Thai Massage Toronto.
Lekha believes that massage therapy can help patients minimize pain and reach a higher level of health and wellness which will bring a positive change in her clients’ lives.
Lekha is very excited to continue her massage education and to add other modalities and techniques to her range of abilities.
Lekha enjoys her free time with family and friends. She is also passionate about gardening, cooking and dancing.
