Sandeep Marahar

Registered Physiotherapist

Sandeep Marahar completed her Physiotherapy degree in India in 2004, and moved to Canada in 2005. She specializes in Neurological and Orthopaedic conditions or injuries. She is also trained in manual therapy with Mulligan Concept and Rocktape Kinesiology Taping. She uses different treatment techniques according to specific problems. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and is a Registered Physiotherapist with College of Physiotherapist of Ontario. When she’s not busy helping others, Sandeep enjoys painting, long bicycle rides, and spending time with her children.

Ginni Bajaj

Registered Physiotherapist

Ginni is a passionate therapist who strives to achieve maximal possible recovery with her clients. Her focus is to provide the best care for her patients with the best possible outcomes! Ginni’s clinical expertise reside in the management of whiplash, hip, knee, shoulder and general sports injuries. She had obtained certification in skills such as kinesiology taping, soft tissue release, concussion management and mobilization. Ginni has achieved her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from All Saints Medical Institute, India. She had also obtained Fitness and health Promotion Diploma from Humber College, Canada. Ginni has deep interest in the Immigration system of Canada.

Purnima Monga

Physiotherapy Resident

Purnima Monga is a proficient physiotherapist who graduated with Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Christian Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana, India in 2012. She later specialized in Neurology by completing Post Graduate Diploma in Neurological Rehabilitation (PGDNR) from Apollo Medvarsity in 2014 and post-graduation with Master of Physiotherapy (Neurology) from India in 2017.

She has worked in diverse clinical settings, such as outpatient orthopedic, musculoskeletal clinics and hospital-based pediatric, neurological and rehab physiotherapy facilities. She truly loves her work and believes in evidence-based clinical practice with a refined approach to recovery. She is empathetic, purpose-driven and strives to provide the highest quality of care to her patients.

She is a zealous reader and fondly indulges in poetry writing in her free time. Her works of poetry and fiction have been published in a few International Anthologies.

Dr. Kylie Watkins

Chiropractor

Dr. Kylie Watkins received her Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Prior to attending CMCC, she earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. During her childhood and adolescence, Dr. Watkins played competitive hockey – in other words, she’s never been a stranger to injuries. Her life-long enthusiasm for sports influenced her decision to pursue a career as a chiropractic practitioner.

Dr. Watkins takes a holistic approach when treating patients, preferring to use the bigger picture to determine the root causes of pain and develop a recovery plan. She is trained to use techniques such as soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, and spinal and extremity manipulation/mobilization. During her schooling, Dr. Watkins also received training from McMaster University in the GLA:D and PEAK protocols for treating osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, and upper limb peripheral nerve injuries such as nerve entrapments and medical acupuncture.

Outside of clinic, Dr. Watkins spends her time exploring local trails, gardening, playing ultimate frisbee or reading a good book.

Nadine Wagner

Registered Massage Therapist

Nadine is an ambitious single mom of 2 freedom-seeking intellectual children with a genuine healing approach in all of her treatments. Empowered with a Massage Therapy diploma since 2018, is enhanced by an extensive knowledge in complementary holistic certifications including Reflexology, Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, Rejuvenation Face Massage and Indian Head Massage. In addition, her clinical focus of incorporating Upper Neuromuscular Release (UNMR) sequence that better assists clients in releasing tension, pain, improve blood circulation and posture within their upper body. Nadine educates clients on symptoms and self-care beyond the treatment session, making it easy, efficient and effective for the busiest of lifestyles. Allowing clients to get the highest value from their self-investment.

Outside of the clinic walls Naidne enjoys various outdoor activities, dancing and quiet activities that get the creative juices flowing.

Krina Patel

Physiotherapist Assistant (PTA)

Krina is an enthusiastic and passionate PTA who strives to provide the highest quality care for the patients with the best possible outcomes. Krina graduated her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science in 2016 from India. She has over 3 years of clinical experience in treating various arthritic conditions, planning post-operative rehabilitation protocol, hemiplegic, and stroke patients. Krina thoroughly believes that focused communication and educating patients about their condition play a very crucial role in their recovery process. She believes in continuous learning process and self-upgradation.

In her leisure time, Krina enjoys hiking and traveling to new places with her family.
