At Westwood Physiotherapy & Wellness, we offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Yet, we encourage you to check with your insurance plan prior to booking with us to ensure that you are covered. Below, we offer more information regarding our coverage. We are approved healthcare providers and offer direct billing to the following insurance companies:
Auto Insurance – MVA Billing
Westwood Physiotherapy & Wellness is offering treatment for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients. Registered with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FISCO), we are able to request and provide MVA patients with the treatment they need. In fact, this means we are able to receive the funding for these services directly from the automobile insurance company.
Auto insurance claims may leave you feeling overwhelmed – especially when you’re unfamiliar with the claim process. Our team is very experienced with MVA claims and is here to help. Contact our clinic and book your appointment or assessment regarding the treatment for Motor Vehicle Injuries
WSIB – Industrial / Work Related Programs
Westwood Physiotherapy & Wellness is also a registered service provider for WSIB claims. Once WSIB approves your claim, we communicate with WSIB directly regarding the funding for your services.
If you’ve experienced a workplace injury, you must fill out Form 6 at your workplace or on the WSIB website. After you’ve filed your report, you have a 6-month timeline to claim your benefits. You should have a WSIB claim number and contact information for your WSIB representative.
If this is not the case, please contact our offices for more information or WSIB directly to understand whether or not your claim has been approved.
