Your Role:

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred chiropractic care, including adjustments and manual therapy
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physiotherapists and other clinicians
- Educate and empower patients in their recovery process
- Maintain thorough documentation using Jane EMR
- Contribute to our clinic’s culture of learning, respect, and collaboration
What You Bring:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
- Registration and good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)
- Active professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- A commitment to evidence-based care and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Passion for helping people regain function, independence, and well-being
- Experience or interest in vestibular, concussion, or neuro rehab is a strong asset
- New graduates are welcome — mentorship will be provided

Your clinic support team will focus on filling your schedule and providing all the in-clinic support you will need. The clinic support team takes care of full-time reception coverage, supplies, billing and booking services.

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessment and intervention services to individuals dealing with complex health concerns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for integrated care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual therapy to adult clients (and youth, if within your scope)
- Support patients dealing with chronic pain, post-concussion symptoms, neurological disorders, vestibular dysfunction, and other health-related concerns
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation using Jane EMR
- Participate in clinical discussions, case conferences, and team initiatives
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology and registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO)
- Authorized to practice autonomously with adults (and/or youth, as applicable)
- Experience with CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, and/or chronic pain management is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience working in multidisciplinary or health care settings preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

- Welcome Patients with Warmth and Professionalism
- Greet each patient as they arrive, creating a friendly and welcoming environment.

- Coordinate Scheduling and Appointments
- Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments, ensuring a smooth and convenient process.
- Collaborate with therapists to manage and optimize schedules, balancing patient needs and clinic flow.
- Handle Inquiries and Patient Support
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online messages promptly and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns patients may have.

- Assist with Billing and Insurance
- Guide patients through the billing process, helping them understand payment options and handling direct billing with insurance companies.
- Collect payments, process insurance claims, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Support Clinic Operations and Team Collaboration
- Ensure the reception area and clinic remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and inventory management as needed.
