What Is the Bundled Care Program?
The Bundled Care program (also known as Integrated Funding Model) is a government-funded initiative that offers a seamless care experience following surgery. Rather than paying separately for hospital and rehabilitation services, the system funds your entire recovery pathway under one “bundle.”
That means:

Your post-operative physiotherapy is covered if you’re referred through the Bundled Care program.

Care is coordinated between hospitals and clinics, like ours, to ensure smooth recovery.

You receive timely, goal-oriented rehab designed to get you back to daily life faster.
Who’s Eligible?
You may qualify for Bundled Care-funded physiotherapy if:

You recently had a hip or knee replacement surgery.

Your surgery was performed at a participating hospital (e.g., St. Joseph’s Health System, Hamilton Health Sciences, or another regional hospital involved in the Bundled Care network).

You were referred to us through your hospital or surgeon as part of your recovery plan.
